This was a 42 day, 6,488 mile trip from California to St Petersburg, Florida mostly on I-10, returning through Atlanta and I-40.

Many of our RV parks were near water. Here for example: Foley AL, Desert Hot Springs CA, Livingston LA

One of the more interesting "water locations" was beside the Suwannee River in Florida.
The strange looking trees in the middle are mangroves, whose roots come up in places.

In St Petersburg we visited our cousins and toured the new Dali Museum

Also we had coach windows repaired (this required some disassembly of the interior) and took time to visit the home where Ed lived as a child and a tree he climbed near school.

Then, of course, off to Disney World. It was very crowded.

Next stop, Atlanta. Ed and Bert visited on the deck, Peter and Boyd played chess and we had a great family dinner.

Great Aunt Lynne with the new baby, Addison.   Mom, Laura, and Grandma, Patti, look on.   Laura and her new daughter.

The Crain family (Kel, Laura, Addison) liked Val. Boyd mashed potatoes then he and Patti conducted a taste test.

Fun items - a roadrunner in New Mexico made from old shoes, a wild west set in Williams AZ, a miniature oil well pump in Midland, TX

Val enjoyed many of the RV parks and rest stops

We visited a range of RV parks. Many were excellent such as Corps of Engineers Bald Ridge (GA), Bella Terra Gulf Shores (AL), SanAngelo (TX), and Chattahoochee (FL)

Others ranged from a very Urban environment such as Roberts Mobile Park (FL) to large fields such as USA Park (NM), West 40 (TX), and Tumcumcari KOA (NM)
