April 12, 2006
We picked up Georgie at Guide Dogs For The Blind in San Rafael, CA.
Her parents are Bandit (from Guiding Eyes for the Blind) and Bangle (raised in our group).
During the drive home we are allowed to hold the puppy in our lap in the car.

  
She is so dark that it is difficult to photograph her black and tan markings.
Being a pup she immediately wants to play with Val.

  
Lynne begins the Puppy handling and Georgie's training.

  
Geogie is the smallest puppy we have had - just 11.9 pounds when we brought her home.

  
One month later (May 12, 2006) Georgie is almost twice the size - she weighs 21 lbs.

  
Although Georgie has become accustomed to the tie-down she really likes running free.

  
Geogie at 4 months; she is beginning to grow her adult coat.

  
January 2, 2008 - Georgie is now almost 2 yrs old and is graduating!
Her new partner, Deirdre Maxell, receives her at the Guide Dog Graduation in San Rafael, CA
